Scouts of Troop 10778
GO FOR THE SILVER!
The girls of Scout Troop 10778 earned their Cadet Silver Award , the second highest award a girl scout can receive, for their “Mission Pawsible” project. But we at Abandoned Pet Rescue think they deserve the GOLD! They built two cat towers, one of wood (pictured), and one of PVC pipe, and the craftsmanship on these pieces of cat furniture is SUPERB! Obviously the kitties think so too, because when you visit the shelter, you will observe every level of these towers being occupied by a very thankful, comfortable and content feline.
The girls also made hundreds of toys, and collected donations to help in our endeavor to rescue, aid and find homes for abandoned animals. Way to go, girls!!
