The dictionary defines the word generosity as: “The quality of being kind, understanding, and not selfish.”
Whether it is Brooke Trace from the NOBE Art Gallery on Ft. Lauderdale Beach, or the shoppers at Pet Supermarket across South Florida, the owners of the Genesis Health Institute in Wilton Manors or the team from the Broward Community Foundation there are so many people supporting Abandoned Pet Rescue and we are so grateful.
More than one thousand two hundred cash contributions were made last year and so many of those donations were incredibly generous.

and the anonymous Donors that make a difference
Hundreds of people donated food and supplies to the shelter including thousands of cans of wet cat food and countless bags of dry dog and cat food.
Even during Covid countless people offered their time to volunteer at the shelter and at our events.
People volunteered on APR committees, giving their time and energy, many attending zoom meetings every other week to plan what and how we do it.

And of course, we could not do it without our Board of Directors who volunteer their time year after year for just the thanks of another adoption.
