Thousands of People turned out for TRi Rail’s annual RAIL FUN DAY. The APR dogs and cats were ready to ride the rails showing off to the crowd.
It was a night of Salsa, music, food and fun. Apr’s Valentine Extravaganza Extrodinaria… ARTS & HEARTS. The sounds of Rad Comas, the salsa moves of Uttara Vaidya from DANCE WITH PANACHE, and hundreds of guests helping to magic make for the dogs and cats.

Thank you to the residents of Independence Hall, a Golden Bell Senior Living Community in Wilton Manors, for baking dog treats and cat toys for Abandoned Pet Rescue’s shelter animals. Their new Baking for Barkers program will soon be featured on Channel 7 News for being a heartwarming community partnership.
The Orange Bowl Leadership Academy club at Sunrise Middle School in Fort Lauderdale is collecting donations for Abandoned Pet Rescue and created flyers to hand out on campus to raise awareness about the importance of pet adoption and are also making “Thank You for Adopting!” cards for new pet parents that adopt from the animal shelter.
