Thanks to a great member of our staff several dogs are happily back in their homes after finding a way to get away from their owners. Dennis Rathbun is a dedicated dog lover so when dogs like Tango, Dexter and Mogwai were found and brought to the shelter. Dennis was on the case to find out who they belonged to and how he might safely reunite them with their owners. Using the internet and keeping his nose to the ground (so to speak) Dennis was able to find the owners, determine the dogs had gotten away unintentionally and helped to reunite them with their owners.
Dennis has also found three wandering dogs since November of last year and has worked to successfully reunite them with their owners.
But the news is also not always good…… (At least at first).
