Cute tabby siblings Twix and Kit Kat have been in Cute tabby siblings Twix and Kit Kat have been in the care of Abandoned Pet Rescue since they were very young, and they are still waiting to find a forever home! 💝🍫😻 Their mom and brother were adopted last year, so they have been patiently waiting their turn to be noticed and loved.

🤎 Meet Twix, a spunky little explorer who is as sweet as her name! This curious kitten is always on the move. Whether she’s scaling the tallest cat tree like a fearless mountaineer or pouncing on a crinkly toy with laser focus, Twix puts her whole heart into everything she does. When she’s done with her adventure she loves to be in your lap for a nice nap. She loves to cuddle and is super affectionate. Twix came into our care with her mom Godiva and her 3 siblings and has always been the one to made sure every cat tree has been explored and every lap has been napped on.

🤎 Meet Kit Kat, a sweet and snuggly little tabby who came in with her mom, Godiva, and three siblings. While she loves to play and tumble around with her littermates, Kit Kat is a true cuddle bug at heart. Her favorite place is curled up in your lap, making biscuits with her tiny paws before drifting off for a cozy nap. She’s gentle, affectionate, and always ready to keep you company, especially if you’re settling in with a good book or your favorite show. If you’re looking for a playful yet cuddly companion who’s full of love and charm, Kit Kat is your girl!

Please fill out an adoption application at abandonedpetrescue.org if you are interested in meeting either of these sweet kitties! 🩵🩷

Meet Pixel this Senior Sunday, a truly special cat Meet Pixel this Senior Sunday, a truly special cat with both a rare coat and a gentle heart. Pixel is a male tortoiseshell, an extraordinary find, as only 1 in 3,000 torties are male! But his uniqueness doesn’t stop at his beautiful coloring. Pixel also has a sweet, sensitive soul that just needs a little time to shine. 🧡✨🖤

Timid at first, Pixel prefers to take things slow and observe from a safe spot, but with a bit of patience (and some tasty treats), he’ll start to show his affectionate side. 😻 Once he feels comfortable, he’ll happily come out for gentle pets and playtime. Wand toys are his absolute favorite, and you’ll quickly see his playful personality peek through when one is around. 🪄 Pixel is looking for a calm, loving home where he can build trust at his own pace. If you’re someone who believes that the best relationships take time, and you’re ready to open your heart to a one of a kind cat, Pixel might just be the perfect addition to your life. 👾

Pixel also has a very best friend named Mouse 🐭. They love to cuddle together and spend most of their day side by side. 🐈🐈‍⬛ While Pixel would be happy going home with Mouse, he will be just as content finding a loving home on his own. 💕🏡

Pixel qualifies for Abandoned Pet Rescue’s Medical Adoption Program, which means all of his veterinary care will be provided at Abandoned Pet Rescue for the rest of his life. ❣️ He has been at the shelter his entire life ❤️‍🩹, and we’re hopeful that this special program will help Pixel finally find the forever home he deserves. ❤️

If you are interested in adopting Pixel, please fill out an adoption application at abandonedpetrescue.org! 🩵🩷

This Senior Sunday, sweet Hershey is hoping someon This Senior Sunday, sweet Hershey is hoping someone will notice how lovely she is! 💝🍫🐶 According to one of her short term fosters, Hershey enjoys listening to Stevie Wonder during her daily routines. 🎶🥰🐾

We’d love to find her a long term foster or adopter. 💕🏡 Hershey spent her whole life with her family that adored her. A heartbreaking chapter occurred when her family was no longer able to care for Hershey and searched for a no-kill shelter where she would be safe. ❤️‍🩹😢

At 14 years old, Hershey still acts like a young pup that enjoys zoomies and walks. She loves people including kids, but does need to be the only pet in a home. She is excellent at playing fetch and does this cute little dance when she gets excited. She is a 22 lbs Chihuahua with a beautiful chocolate coat. She is potty trained, crate trained and loves to snuggle. She will pull on the leash if she sees another dog walking past, but is easily corrected. 🤎🐕

Hershey has a couple senior “beauty marks” that the veterinarian said are not concerning and is in overall good health plus she is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is just looking to be loved again and bring joy to a new home!!

If you are interested in adopting (or fostering) Hershey, please complete an application at AbandonedPetRescue.org 🩵🩷 Abandoned Pet Rescue is a no-kill shelter in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 🌴💖

Please help us share Jules and Jolene to find a fo Please help us share Jules and Jolene to find a foster from tomorrow morning 7/6 through 7/11❣️Supplies are provided for fosters.

Jules and her sister Jolene are gentle, playful puppies that are very smart for being only 3-months-old. These little girls are already learning to walk on a leash and are comfortable in their crates when not supervised. They are just puppies so they need basic puppy training and cannot be left for alone for too long.

To foster Jules and Jolene, please fill out a foster application at abandonedpetrescue.org 🩵🩷 Abandoned Pet Rescue is a no-kill shelter in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 🌴🐾
