Mookie

Mookie is a two-year-old terrier that loves to play and comes out of her shell in the home. She is timid on walks and can be shy when meeting new people, but once she is comfortable, this 8lb dog is full of personality. She is currently in a foster home with cats and she puts a lot of energy into making them her friend. A home with another dog or social cat would be ideal. She does use a pee pad inside the house and is learning to gain confidence when walking a leash.

Mookie was found as a stray and when no owner reclaimed her, Abandoned Pet Rescue vaccinated, spayed and microchipped her so she could begin the journey of finding a new home. To adopt Mookie, please complete an adoption application at AbandonedPetRescue.org
